For everyone who runs IT
The system of
operating for IT.
One way of working, from the first ticket to the last invoice, for solo IT pros, internal IT teams, and growing and established MSPs. Tickets, docs, passwords, quotes and devices on one calm desktop. And Theo, the senior engineer on your team: it works tickets end to end, documents as it goes, and checks with you on what matters.
Good morning, Ryan3 tickets past their first reply, 1 past SLA
Front desk printer is offline
Print spooler on FRONT-PC was stuck after the update. Cleared it, testing a page now.
Still not printing the day sheets, and patients are arriving at 9:30. Can someone look this morning?
Can you take #1042?
On it. Same fault as #918 in March: a stuck spooler after an update. Reply is ready in your voice, and the restart needs your OK.
Hi Dana, thanks for flagging it. The printer queue was stuck after last night's update. I've cleared it and I'm testing now. I'll confirm in ten minutes.
The desktop
Your whole stack, as apps on one desktop.
PSA, docs, passwords, billing, RMM, network, TAM and vCIO, without twelve tabs or five logins. Open what you need side by side, close it when you're done, and pick up where you left off on your computer, phone or tablet.
PSA
Tickets, SLAs, recurring tickets and merge, a ticket timer, timesheets with work types, change management and a dispatch board.
Inbox
Everything that needs you, most urgent first: breaches, replies, new tickets, approvals.
Atlas
Docs and runbooks with files attached, per client or for everyone, plus fixes shared by MSPs like you.
Passwords
A vault with folders, a browser extension and phone autofill. Shared with the team, never with the wrong client.
Timesheets
Start the timer on a ticket, log time with a work type, and send timesheets on without chasing.
Quotes and billing
Quotes clients accept in the portal, contracts, and billing runs straight into your accounting software. Always drafts, never sent without you.
Clients and CRM
Who's who at each client, how they like to be helped, and a pipeline for the clients you haven't won yet.
Reports
A report builder, expense reports, and scheduled client reports that go out on time.
Devices
Use the itOS device agent, or connect the RMM and MDM tools you already use. Health, patches and approved scripts in one place.
Network
Connects to your network controllers and watches every site in one map: status, alerts and nightly config backups.
TAM
Every laptop, switch and access point, with a timeline for when to replace it and why.
vCIO
Roadmaps, budgets and business reviews that build themselves from your data.
Brief
Today at a glance: what's past SLA, what's unassigned, what keeps coming back.
To-do
A technician's list: due times, ticket links, onsite lists. Add from anywhere.
Client portal
Clients open tickets, approve quotes, see the work and get answers any time of day.
Automations
Rules that triage, assign and follow up on their own, with approvals where it matters.
Meet Theo
Theo is the senior engineer on your team.
An L4 engineer on your bench who works for you, not a chat window on the side. It takes tickets, sees them through and answers to you.
- Works tickets end to end. Triages what comes in, diagnoses, fixes, writes the client reply and follows up until it's closed. It logs its time like everyone else.
- Senior-engineer depth. Email and cloud apps, networks, security, devices and backups: real diagnoses with the exact steps, not generic guesses.
- Knows every client. Each client's docs, devices, past tickets, people and quirks come first, before the internet. Passwords stay in the vault; Theo never sees them. It shows you where every answer came from.
- Documents as it goes. Every ticket ends with clean notes, and fixes worth keeping go into the client's docs, so the next one starts ahead.
- Writes like you. Client emails in your voice, with your signature, following your team's house rules.
- Checks with you on what matters. You decide how much it handles on its own in each area: Off, Look up, Shadow, Suggest or Act. Restarts, sends and deletes wait for your OK, every time.
- On shift around the clock. Tickets that land at 2am are triaged, worked as far as you allow and written up before your first coffee.
- Your model, your choice. Fast, Balanced or Best, with simple work sent to lighter models so it stays quick and affordable. Theo is included, or bring your own key.
- Learns the way you train it. Correct its work, turn down a Run card or tell it how you like things done, and it remembers. Your habits become a playbook you approve, so it gets sharper every week.
Where are we on Pat's sign-in problem?
Worked it on #1187. Same cause as #212 in March: a stale credential after her password change. I followed the fix in your KB, confirmed her email works and logged 15 minutes.
Pat prefers a call to written steps, so I booked her a 2pm check-in on your to-do. The ticket note is ready for your OK before it closes.
Moving in
Switching without the pain.
Moving everything to a new system sounds like a month of weekends. It doesn't have to be. Bring what matters, keep what works, and leave whenever you like.
Your data comes across
Importers bring clients, people, devices, tickets with their notes and time, and docs from your old PSA and documentation tool, or from spreadsheets. A dry run shows what would come across before anything is saved, and running it twice never duplicates a record.
Passwords go straight into the vault
Bring them from your documentation tool or your password manager's export. They are sealed on the way in, and the general importers never touch them.
It speaks your old tool's language
Say what you use today and itOS maps each feature to its place here, in your old tool's own words, so nothing is a guessing game.
Keep the tools you already use
Connect the RMM and MDM, network and accounting tools you already run. Nothing has to move on day one.
Run side by side first
Point one team's or one client's support email at itOS, and leave the rest where it is until you're ready. A nine-step switching plan keeps track.
A trial built around your shop
Tell us what you want to automate and which tools you use. Your trial opens with a plan for it, and demo data that fits, if you want it.
Take it all back out
Owners can export everything as a ZIP of spreadsheets and documents at any time, and the public API and webhooks keep other systems in sync.
Who it's for
Made for the people who keep everything running.
Solo IT
One calm place instead of a PSA, a wiki, a spreadsheet and sticky notes. Theo is the senior engineer you couldn't hire yet, on shift around the clock.
Internal IT teams
Staff, devices, licences and vendors in one place, a portal people actually use, and reports leadership will read.
Growing MSPs
Every client's people, devices and runbooks in reach. Quote, bill and report without bolting on another tool each time you hire.
Established MSPs
Teams and queues, roles and per-client limits, approvals and change management, dispatch, contracts and billing runs, plus an open API and webhooks for your own systems.
One subscription
Five bills, or one.
Most IT teams run on a stack of separate products. Each has its own login, its own bill and its own copy of your clients.

Questions
Good questions.
Is my client data safe with Theo?
Theo works inside the permissions you give it: you set a level for each area (Off, Look up, Shadow, Suggest or Act), and anything irreversible waits for your OK. Passwords live in the vault and Theo never sees them. Sharing fixes with other teams is one opt-in, and anything shared is scrubbed of names, emails and addresses first. Every sign-in, password view and action Theo takes goes in an audit log.
Does Theo replace my technicians?
No. Theo is one more engineer on the team: it takes the queue work, writes things up and keeps tickets moving, and your people stay in charge of the calls that matter. You choose what it does on its own and what waits for a person.
What does it cost?
One price per technician for the whole system, with no seat minimum and no onboarding fee. The first 20 teams get founding pricing, locked for 12 months. Join the waitlist and we'll share pricing before we open.
Can I bring my data?
Yes. Importers cover clients, people, devices, tickets with notes and time, and docs from your old PSA and documentation tool, or from spreadsheets. You see a dry run first, and passwords go straight into the vault.
Do I have to replace my RMM?
No. Connect the RMM and MDM, network and accounting tools you already use. Pro includes device management for when you're ready to consolidate.
What if I want to leave?
Owners can export everything, including tickets, clients, docs and time, as spreadsheets and documents. Passwords and credentials are never in an export. The public API and webhooks are there too.
Who is it for?
Solo IT pros, internal IT teams, and growing and established MSPs: anyone paying for a PSA, a wiki, a password manager and a few more tools who would rather have one.
Be first in.
We're opening itOS to a small group of IT teams first. Tell us a little about yours.
